01/ Direct

The front door — hire us to build the thing.

The obvious route, and the one most of the site is about. You have a problem, we have the capability, we build, deploy and support it. If that's the conversation you're here to have, the detail lives elsewhere — and the links below are the right starting points.

/ Public-sector buyers

If your organisation procures through public-sector frameworks, we’re available via G-Cloud, TePAS2 and others through our M-Tech Systems parent certifications. The accreditation detail and framework list live on our approach.

02/ Continuity

Somewhere safe for your IP — and your customers.

If your business runs on code you wrote yourself, you already know the bus-factor problem. Nobody else knows where the repo lives, how the deploy works, or who to call when a customer is stuck. We’ll partner on that — quietly, on the side — so there’s someone who can step in.

Shape is deliberately flexible. A current copy of the IP held somewhere we both trust. Enough familiarity with your stack that we can stand it up if we have to. A named route for your customers if you’re out. Priced per-partner, because no two one-person shops look the same.

No SLA table here on purpose. If this sounds like a conversation worth having, it starts with an NDA and an honest look at what you’ve built.

03/ Scaffolding

You built it. Let us make it production-grade.

AI let you ship something that works — genuinely, end-to-end, in front of real users. What it probably doesn’t have yet is the perimeter, the backups, the identity model, the code review and the security posture a paying customer expects. That’s the wrap we can put around it.

Hosted on our own Nutanix / Fortinet platform, with the same monitoring, patching, backup and identity controls we run for ourselves. Code review on what’s already there, honest about what would fail under pressure. Security posture written down so your customer can read it.

You keep the product, the brand and the customer relationship. We sit underneath it, so you can sell without losing sleep.

04/ Route to market

We carry the frameworks, you deliver the work.

Same framework access as above, read from a different seat. If your customer needs to buy through G-Cloud or TePAS2 and you’re not on one, we can be the commercial wrapper. You deliver, we sit in front.

Useful for solo developers, small software shops and specialist consultancies who have the capability their end-customer wants but not the procurement route the buyer needs. We carry the paperwork, the accreditations and the commercial wrap; you carry the delivery.

Same NDA framework as everything else on this page. Nothing leaves our perimeter without your say-so.

Assessed, listed, ready to wrap.

The paperwork that makes the route-to-market work. Our parent’s been through the Crown Commercial Service assessment, is live on G-Cloud and TePAS2, and the call-off routes underneath are the same ones you’d go through direct. You deliver; we carry the contractual trust.

05/ MSP capacity

AI capability, behind your logo.

Most MSPs and traditional IT companies don’t have AI capability in-house yet, and building that team is a year-plus commitment. We sub in behind the scenes — white-labelled or named, whichever shape your customer relationship needs.

Scoping sessions, discovery write-ups, prototype builds, production engineering and support — delivered against your customer’s problem, presented in your tone. We stay out of the customer relationship unless you want us in it.

The NDA framework cuts both ways here: it lets you show us sensitive customer context safely, and it keeps anything we learn about your clients inside your commercial boundary, not ours.

Letting us near your IP is a big step. We know.

Whether you’re an organisation, a small shop or a solo developer, handing someone else the keys to the thing you built isn’t a small thing — and we’ve been doing this with partners and individuals long enough to know what good looks like from their side of the table. A mutual NDA comes before the first real conversation. IP, credentials, customer data and commercial information get handled the way we’d want a partner to handle ours. ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and the rest of the accreditation practice underwrite all of it — the detail lives on our approach.
